This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions purchased through ExpatStreamTV.
Digital Service Policy
ExpatStreamTV provides access to a digital subscription service that is activated shortly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The service could not be activated due to a technical issue on our side
The issue was reported within 24 hours of activation
We were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incompatible devices or insufficient internet speed
Temporary outages or buffering
Regional availability issues
Failure to read service descriptions or Terms
Violations of the Terms of Service
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated
Cancellation prevents future charges only
Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the current period
Access will remain available until the subscription period ends.

It will be issued using the original payment method
